國防部：愿與非洲國家軍隊一道推動實施“安全共筑伙伴行動”

記者：前不久，津巴布韋總統(tǒng)姆南加古瓦在出席2024年中非合作論壇北京峰會并進行國事訪問期間，專程赴南京訪問了陸軍指揮學(xué)院。請發(fā)言人進一步介紹有關(guān)情況及中非防務(wù)安全合作未來發(fā)展。
Question: Taking time out of his busy schedule during the state visit to China and attendance at the 2024 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) not long ago, Zimbabwean President Mnangawa paid a visit to the PLA Army Command College in Nanjing. Can you please tell us more about his visit and the future development of China-Africa defense and security cooperation?
吳謙：9月4日至6日，2024年中非合作論壇北京峰會成功舉辦，50余位非洲國家元首、政府首腦齊聚北京，共商新時代中非友好合作大計。在峰會開幕式上，習(xí)近平主席發(fā)表重要主旨講話，提出共筑新時代全天候中非命運共同體，宣布實施中非攜手推進現(xiàn)代化十大伙伴行動，得到非方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人積極響應(yīng)。中國軍隊將與非洲國家軍隊一道，認真落實峰會精神，推動實施“安全共筑伙伴行動”，加強各層級友好交流，開展聯(lián)演聯(lián)訓(xùn)、聯(lián)合巡航、人員培訓(xùn)等務(wù)實合作，共同提升軍隊現(xiàn)代化水平，攜手踐行全球安全倡議，為維護世界與地區(qū)的和平穩(wěn)定作出更大貢獻。
Wu Qian: The FOCAC Beijing Summit was successfully held from September 4th to 6th. More than 50 heads of state or heads of government from Africa gathered in Beijing to discuss and promote China-Africa friendship and cooperation in the new era. In his important keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Summit, President Xi Jinping proposed jointly building an All-Weather China-Africa Community with a Share Future for the New Era, and announced ten partnership actions for modernization to deepen China-Africa cooperation, all of which were well received by the African leaders. The Chinese military is ready to work with the militaries of African countries to deliver on the guiding principles of the summit, implement the Partnership Action for Common Security, enhance friendly exchanges at all levels, and jointly act on the Global Security Initiative, so as to make greater contributions to peace and security of the region and the world.
期間，津巴布韋總統(tǒng)姆南加古瓦參訪了解放軍陸軍指揮學(xué)院，追憶60年前在中國的求學(xué)歲月，重溫中非人民在反帝反殖反霸斗爭中并肩奮斗的歷史。上世紀(jì)中葉，包括姆南加古瓦總統(tǒng)在內(nèi)的一批非洲國家青年軍官來到中國軍事院校學(xué)習(xí)。他們學(xué)成回國之后，積極投入到本國民族解放事業(yè)和國家軍隊發(fā)展建設(shè)中，將在中國所學(xué)、所見帶給了身邊更多官兵，他們中的一些人成長為國家和軍隊的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，這也是中非友誼賡續(xù)傳承、歷久彌堅的真實寫照。
During his visit to China, Zimbabwean President Mnangawa paid a visit to the PLA Army Command College. He recalled his study in China 50 years ago, and reminisced about the time when the Chinese and African people fought side by side in the struggle against imperialism, colonialism and hegemonism. In the middle of last century, a group of young officers from African countries including President Mnangawa came to China’s military academies to study. After graduation, they devoted themselves to the cause of national liberation and the building of their militaries, bringing back with them what they had learned and experienced in China to more officers and men around them. This is a strong testament that the China-Africa friendship remains robust, and has grown stronger through generations.
